I help you adopt a healthy lifestyle and balance your body and mind. As a certified Pilates instructor, I prepare safe and effective Pilates videos suitable for participants of all levels.
My passion for Pilates started with my years of sports and exercise experience. I received my training from Stott Pilates and with 22 years of experience I specialize in body awareness, flexibility, strengthening and improving overall health.
